The third grade curriculum is provided by Bob Jones University Press for English, reading, arithmetic, science, heritage studies and handwriting. A Beka Publications provides the spelling curriculum.

Our Bible lessons come from Positive Action for Christ. This curriculum focuses on the major patriarchs of the Old Testament. Students will learn lessons on obedience, forgiveness, and godliness in the midst of trials by studying the lives of Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, and Daniel. The children also have weekly verses to memorize, and they have chapel each week.

Third grade has the privilege of attending music and choir classes once a week where they learn about rhythm and harmony. One highlight of music class is that the students learn how to play the recorder. Students also visit the school library and computer lab on a weekly basis. Art is provided every other week, so as to give longer, more concentrated lessons on theme, color, and painting skills.
